There are instructions for preparing a Latin American buffet, a Greek dinner, a Middle Eastern banquet, an Indian dinner, and more.

1) Choose your rental period, pay for the book.

When you receive the book, instructions, a return shipping label, and shipping tape will be included. Keep all of these materials for the return process.

Please use the provided packaging materials when returning your book. 

**Tape is water-activated. Apply a light coat of water to activate and then stick onto packaging! 

2) Before your rental period is over, we will send you a reminder to return the book. You will have 1-2 days to proceed with the return process. 

For each late day, there will be a deduction of $1.00 from your refund. 

3) Once we receive the book back, we will issue a full refund for your book fee! If the book is not returned in time, a refund will not be issued.
