Your order will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days from the date that it was placed.

We package and ship all products with plastic-free shipping materials. 100% recycled poly and padded mailers, water-activated tape, and recycled boxes made from post-consumer content. All of our packaging can be reused or recycled and is 100% biodegradable and FSC Certified.
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable (and even reusable).
We encourage you to check your local municipal recycling guidelines. If you are based in the Honolulu county, corrugated cardboard is curbsibe recyclable in the blue bin.

Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it's dropped off at the post office.
Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail and packages.
The customer is responsible for issuing claims for lost or damaged mail.
We are always willing to provide additional information if needed.
